Our social and cultural activity programs are an essential part of the Italian learning experience, designed to help students use Italian naturally in real-life situations, discover local culture, and connect with people.
Learning Italian also means living it.
What is the social activity program?
The social activity program is a weekly series of afternoon and evening activities, organized from Monday to Saturday, and offered alongside our Italian courses.
Activities change from week to week and may include:
- guided city tours
- museum and exhibition visits
- cinema and film nights
- seminars on Italian language, society and culture
- games and social activities
- aperitivo and dinners together
- concerts and cultural events
- excursions and day trips
Each activity is carefully selected to combine language practice, cultural discovery, and social interactions.
Sample weekly program
Here is an example of how a typical week may look:

– Seminar on a cultural or social topic

– Museum visit or social activity

– Games, aperitivo or nightlife together

The program is flexible and adapts to events happening in the city, often including concerts, festivals, exhibitions, or other special local experiences.
Why social activities are essential for learning Italian

Who is the social activity program for?
The social activity program is available to all students attending our Italian courses.
- Some activities are free of charge;
- others may require a small contribution (e.g. tickets, transport, meals).
All costs, if any, are clearly communicated in advance. There are no obligations – students decide freely.
Is the social activity program included or extra?
The program is open to all students, from absolute beginners to advanced levels.
Key points:
- all activities are in Italian;
- language is adapted naturally to participants’ level;
- participation is always optional;
- activities take place after classes, in the afternoon or evening.
Students are free to choose which activities to join, depending on their interests and schedule.
How do I participate in the activities?
Participating is easy and informal.
- Every Monday, students receive the weekly program.
- The program is shared both in print and by email.
- To join an activity, students simply sign up on the bulletin board.
- Clear instructions are always provided.
